Go Chiefs!

It was 82 degrees today in Texas, so Logan was sporting his short sleeve chiefs jersey and shorts. I hope you enjoy these pics Daddy! I took Logan into the Dallas Cowboys store today too with my friend Marina. We felt a little strange in our red among all the blue.

Merry Christmas '07

Logan went to see Santa last night at the city Christmas tree lighting event. As you can see by the photo, I think Santa was a little scary. We waited in line 45 minutes so we got the picture anyway. The other photo, where he is actually smiling, is our Christmas card that everyone should be receiving soon.

For Daddy

Just some pics of Logan in the last 2 days. The argyle sweater vest is what he will be wearing in his Christmas card pics. He actually smiled for the photographer on the first shot, fortunately I told her to keep that one because it was the only one we got!

Pizza & Applesauce

Just some messy video of Logan feeding himself dinner and giving Mommy a "high five" at the end.

My First Haircut

Logan had his "mohawk" trimmed before Daddy left. It was the only hair that had any growth to it. You really can't tell the difference from the before and after pictures, but here they are anyway.

Just Cheezin!

Logan really likes it when we get out the 35mm camera as opposed to the digital. He was smiling and striking some poses!

Pumpkin Patch

We took Logan to a local Pumpkin Patch recently to take some fall pictures. I guess we will make this a yearly tradition.

Fall Fashion Show

The weather has finally turned cooler so Logan can sport his fall clothes. Fall is Mommy's favorite season. We haven't experienced fall in a few years now. It's definately more work to dress a child for cold weather.

Fast Asleep

Daddy had to work late a lot this past week. One night Logan fell asleep on Mommy's lap waiting for him to come home. You will notice Izzy on the couch as well. Daddy was able to take the picture when he got to the house. This is a once in a 13 month lifetime event for Logan to fall asleep like this.

Miss Izzy

Logan has a new pet. We found Miss Izzy while walking in the neighborhood. She was very thin and super sweet, so we brought her home to feed her. We really feel more like she found us. She is wonderful and patient with Logan and he adores her. We found out after taking her to the vet that she has a heart murmur and has only been given 6 months to live. She is approximately 8 months old now. We decided that at least she can have a good life with us until her heart gives out. I hope you enjoy the pictures and videos of Izzy and Logan.

Puerto Vallarta

We went to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for a week of vacation from September 24th to October 1st. Logan got his first stamp on his passport. We stayed at an all inclusive resort and we had a really good time. Daddy needed some down time in preparation for his deployment.
The highlights of the trip were going to Sea Life Park and swimming with the dolphins....that was really neat! We went to a 402 year old village in the mountains with cobblestone streets. Daddy went deep sea fishing and Mommy got some massages and spa treatments. Mostly we just relaxed and enjoyed the scenery. Of course we did some shopping as well!
