Dog Day Afternoon

Logan didn't want to take his nap yesterday and by the time he realized he was tired, he found himself in a compromising situation. Dogs will be dogs.

Happy 1 Month Catarina

Catarina's first month went by very quickly. She is now 10lbs. 4oz. and growing more every day. She is now in size one diapers and wearing her 0-3 month clothing. It's a shame she grew so fast, so many of her newborn outfits were never worn. Logan has adjusted to having a new baby sister and is doing well himself. We are back to attending some of our playgroup events and that always makes him happy.

Catarina's Baptism

Catarina had a very nice Baptism. We were glad to have some family present for the event. It ended up being a Conditional Baptism for Logan as well. His Baptism in Hawaii was not as "ceremonious" as Catarina's and Fr. Richard was nice enough to put our minds at ease.

Christmas Photos

Just a few pictures from the Holidays.

December 18th 2008

I probably should have posted this before the post on January 4th, but everyone wanted to see the pictures of her so this is how it's getting done. I have to grab the free time to blog when I have it. My C-Section with Catarina at King's Daughter's Hospital was like heaven compared to Logan's at Tripler Army Hosptial.

Welcome Catarina Jolie!

Catarina was born on December 18, 2008 at 11:19am. She weighed in at 7lbs. 7oz. and was 20 inches long. She was a great Christmas present and we are enjoying being a family of 4. Big brother Logan is adjusting to his new situation. We will hopefully start getting out of the house and active in our playgroups again towards the end of the month. We had the help of Auntie Rhea while Mommy was in hospital to take care of Logan and I don't know what we would have done without her. She stayed for 2 weeks and left on January 2nd, we miss you! We also had Grammie and Grampy here for Christmas and Catarina's baptism. It was a wonderful holiday season, not to be forgotten!
