As Promised....

Well, here is the shot of those new top teeth that I promised a while back.

Mommy's Little Helper

Logan decided to help with the laundry today. He unfolded it as fast as I was folding. He also decided when the laundry was out to see what the basket was all about.

Cage the Beast!

We recently bought a play yard for Logan. He is just getting around too easily. I needed a way to contain him while I take a shower and do some things around the house. I'm not sure how he feels about it yet, but I played inside with him for a while today and that seemed to help.

Go Mommy!!!

Today Logan and Daddy went to change the oil in Daddy's truck and Mommy mowed the grass and even used the weedeater. I had to publish these pictures of the lawn because I was so proud of myself. I have never successfully used the weedeater until now. I think I will be building up some biceps for sure. Logan had to be the lawn model. Not bad eh??

About to Crawl

Logan is getting up on all fours lately and bouncing back and forth. We are waiting for him to actually take off. I have a feeling it won't be long.

Goofing Around

It was a really nice day today in Central Texas. The high was about 78 degrees and almost no humidity. Logan and I took advantage of the nice weather to play outside for awhile. We are expecting another nice day tomorrow. Enjoy the smiles!!

Mother's Day Tooth

Well, it looks as though we have 4 teeth now. The left top tooth is visible as well. This tooth made it's first appearance on Mother's Day morning.

Another Tooth!

Logan also popped out another tooth. I noticed it last night as we were brushing his teeth and gums before bed. He now has 3 total. Two teeth on the bottom and one on top. When the top tooth comes down a little farther and it's easier to see, I promise to add a picture. Now when he bites, it really hurts.

Baby Got a New Pair of Shoes!

Logan got a new pair of sandals yesterday. A man in the commissary asked me where his shoes were the other day so I thought I would get him a pair. He has tennis shoes and loafers but doesn't like to keep them on so we will see how these do. Doesn't he look hilarious in his onsie with shoes??

Thanks Dad!!

I thought I would recognize Brian's efforts on the blog by posting these pictures. He planted a 30 gallon tree and two 15 gallon trees in the Texas rock and clay. The container garden will have to do until Auntie Rhea comes to help me plant the flower bed. He He, I bought you some gloves. Our grass has really greened up too with the help of the sprinkler system. Brian also deserves credit for getting Logan's quilt rack hung.

Happy 8th Month!!!

Where has time gone? Logan was born 8 months ago today and it doesn't seem possible. Before we know it he will be celebrating his 8th year. We hope you enjoy his somber side as well as his smiles. He spent the day with his Daddy for the first weekend since we moved to Texas. Daddy has been working way too much. We also planted 3 trees today in our yard and they look really nice. Maybe one day we will have some shade!!

Walking Wings

Logan also got his wings recently and he loves to squeal as he navigates around with his arms and hands free. He takes off towards all sorts of things. We have some really good video footage of this too, he comes up to the camera smiling and grabs the lens.

Mmmm

We ordered a self-feeder recently and Logan enjoyed a biter biscuit in it without the worry of choking. He sure knows how to make a mess though. We had biscuit all the way to our feet.

Daddy got his motorcycle up and running and Logan thought he would give it a spin!!
